There continues to be a flow of information coming in on possible scams. It is believed that he is using the front of being an "independent" broker who charges "fees" for being "independent".
Be smart, look it up, if it's too good to be true....trust your gut.
The more information out there, the more of a chance of helping others. That is the point of all of this, is to help people and to have a safe place where people can make an informed decision.
Con artists are good at what they do, true business people do not call you repeatedly (6-10 times) and have all the documentation to support it. If you feel you're being conned, ask for their license number.

I went to visit this sick freak when he was still in Idaho. When his child was going to bed, he asked me to "give them a minute", so he could say good night...which was odd since the child was tucked in and the good nights had been said. I waited 15-20 minutes and opened the door and the blankets were pulled back and he had both of their shirts pulled up. He slammed the door on me. I also saw the full kiss on the mouth thing earlier, but I thought I had seen things wrong. Needless to say, I was out of there! I called the state and reported it, but I'm sure he used cry technique he uses so well. Shame on Idaho, I know I wasn't the only call.
