He's still at it, he's now claiming to be a golf pro (BWAHAHAHAHAHHAAAA). Don't let him "charge you for golf lessons" he's just taking your money and he doesn't have a claim for a pro golfer at all!
Ask to see his "pro card" they do have them if they are certified golf pros. Ask what golf courses he's worked at as a "pro golfer" and call the club house to see if he's ever been employed there.
RIDICULOUS and we're so sorry for the person who was scammed with this con. We've heard this before, but just got confirmation that he actually charged for it.
